Our History
Vida 180 was born in August 2014 when our founders, Denver and Tina Penner, assembled a multidisciplinary team to rescue, restore, and equip children affected by the conflict in the state of Chihuahua, bringing a positive impact to the country.
The meaning of Vida 180 is found in its name:
Vision
Investment
Direction
Amor (love)
And the 180 symbolizes the degrees of positive change direction we seek to impact on the beneficiaries. As entrepreneurs, we understand the importance of the first three values mentioned in the success of any company.
“If I teach a child to be generous, thankful, and to invest, I can change an entire generation.”
While just a wall and a few hours of travel separate us from one of the wealthiest countries in the world, poverty and corruption have been plaguing Mexico. Our passion for leadership development arises from a desperate need for leaders who contribute to the positive growth of the country.
