Connection and Rescue

Medical Area
Based on a menu prepared by a nutritionist, the kitchen staff plans, organizes, and supervises the proper preparation of meals. They focus on meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, always promoting the well-being of the children of Vida 180.
The Connection and Rescue Department coordinates and implements strategies for the admission of new residents, manages emergencies and crisis situations such as discharges and unauthorized departures. It establishes and maintains strong relationships with government agencies, families, soup kitchens, and others to ensure the well-being of the children.
We have a full-time doctor who provides medical care to children and youth, ensuring their physical well-being and the proper treatment of illnesses
Our team of psychologists conducts entry assessments and provides ongoing support to the children and adolescents of Vida 180, monitoring their emotional and behavioral well-being throughout their stay in the community.
Caretaker Area
Through a team of more than 30 caregivers, we provide care and protection to the residents of Vida 180, ensuring their basic needs are met (nutrition, safety, health, hygiene, clothing, etc.).

Maintenance Team
This team ensures that the facilities at Vida 180 are kept in optimal conditions of functionality and safety through the supervision and execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks as needed, fostering an environment that inspires residents and visitors to achieve excellence.
Transport Team
Social Work
We have two social workers who manage and carry out the necessary procedures for the admission and discharge of children and adolescents, monitoring their overall well-being and addressing their needs and concerns during their stay with us.
Laundry Service
Security Guard
It protects the physical and emotional integrity of the residents and employees of Vida 180, securing all areas through patrols, access control, and a quick and efficient response to emergency situations.
We have a team of 18 teachers who ensure a comprehensive education for the students of Vida 180, focusing on their academic development, character, discipline, and values, within a safe and positive environment.
Our drivers' main responsibility is to ensure the safe and timely transportation of the children and staff to the various required locations. Additionally, they ensure the good condition of the vehicles, following road safety rules and the organization's internal regulations.
The laundry team ensures that the children’s clothing and other items are always clean and in good condition.
