This contract describes the general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) applicable to the use of the content, products, and services offered through the website www.vida180.mx (hereinafter referred to as the “WEBSITE”), owned by Vida 180 A.C. (hereinafter referred to as the “HOLDER”), with its registered office at:

I. PURPOSE.

II. USER.

In any case, Vida 180 A.C. will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by USERS through comments or publications they make.

The mere access to the WEBSITE does not imply the establishment of any kind of relationship between the HOLDER and the USER.

III. ACCESS AND NAVIGATION ON THE WEBSITE.

The HOLDER does not guarantee in any way the continuity and availability of the contents, products, or services offered through the WEBSITE; however, the HOLDER will take the actions that, according to its possibilities, allow it to maintain the proper functioning of the WEBSITE, without this implying any responsibility on the part of Vida 180 A.C.

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the HOLDER undertakes to adopt the necessary measures within its reach to ensure the privacy of the personal data collected in such a way as to guarantee its security, prevent its alteration, loss, or unauthorized treatment.
