This contract describes the general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "TERMS AND CONDITIONS") applicable to the use of the contents, products, and services offered through the website www.vida180.mx (hereinafter referred to as the "WEBSITE"), owned by Vida 180 A.C. (hereinafter referred to as the "OWNER"), whose registered office is located in Chihuahua at the following address:

Access to the WEBSITE by the USER is free and, as a general rule, is free of charge, unless regarding the cost of the internet connection provided by the service provider contracted by the USER.

Access to the contents and services provided through the WEBSITE will not require subscription or registration.

VIII. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION.

Vida 180 A.C. reserves the right to take civil or criminal actions as deemed necessary for the improper use of the WEBSITE, its contents, products, or services, or for the violation of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The relationship between the USER and Vida 180 A.C. will be governed by the current legislation in Mexico, specifically in Chihuahua. In case of any dispute regarding the interpretation and/or application of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the parties will submit to the ordinary jurisdiction of the corresponding courts in the state referred to.
