What We Do

In 2010, moved by the devastating impact of violence in Ciudad Juárez—known at the time as the most violent city in the world—Denver and Tina Penner, a family of Mennonite origin, decided to create a safe space to rescue orphaned children. A place where they could be restored and equipped to grow into men and women who contribute positively to their community.
